I’m excited to share that we’ve just completed our Cambridge Venture Project! Over the past couple of months, my team and I had the privilege of working with Tala Thrive an AI-enabled mental health platform dedicated to connecting people with therapists and coaches who understand their cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds.

Having navigated different cultural contexts throughout my life and career, I deeply relate to the challenges that Tala Thrive’s addressing, and it has been incredibly rewarding to contribute to a project that seeks to make mental health care more accessible for diverse communities.

Our work focused on developing a tailored market entry strategy for Tala Thrive and evaluating opportunities in other markets to support their growth and long-term impact. I’m immensely grateful to my amazing Cambridge MBA teammates, Aaron Lang, Darryl Lee, Elana Mulvay, Namsay Norbu and Rutuja Kolhe, as well as our mentor, a Cambridge MBA alumna, Sarah Broderick, along with our client – Tala Thrive’s inspiring founder, Sonia Kaurah, and strategy and operations manager, Gaurav Shah – for their trust, collaboration, and guidance throughout this journey.

I look forward to seeing Tala Thrive grow and transform mental health care for people around the world.
